Zach Ragatz is a writer and performer currently living in Phoenix, AZ. Cutting his teeth as Ashley Edward Miller’s assistant since 2018, he has contributed to the new DOTA: Dragon’s Blood Netflix series in various capacities. Since 2022, Zach has been working with Powerhouse Animation on a plethora of new projects. Over the past five years, Zach has written several screenplays with his partner Chiara Farina, both feature length and animated pilots. In August of 2022, their first produced episode of DOTA became available worldwide for streaming. Before the pandemic, Zach co-directed a comedic short film called "License to Steal" with his brother Caleb, which is available to watch below. You can often catch him performing improv at The Bridge Theater in Mesa, AZ.

Zach has performed in numerous stage and film productions, both comedy and drama since a young age. In 2013, he created a truly terrible webseries and other internet “content”, which he wrote, directed and generally bullshitted his way through. None of it should be viewed by self-respecting humans. In 2015, he wrote a collection of short stories called "This Title Means Nothing", which is available for purchase on Amazon because it’s worth reading.
